WHAT IS YOUR DIET PERSONALITY?

THE “PYTHON DIET” PERSONALITY

These individuals eat very little all day, but when they get home they eat a huge dinner and snack after that. This method of eating each day is very typical of busy people. They wake up; have coffee and nothing to eat until late in the afternoon or dinner. This method can lead to serious metabolic confusion to the body. The body thinks you are trying to starve it all day and switches to starvation mode. Then late in the day a whole lot of calories come rushing in causing insulin and sugar spikes in the blood stream, which leads to excess fat storage and the inability to shed those excess pounds.

Our Smart Cookies will teach you to eat multiple small meals throughout the day. This method has been generally accepted by experts to be the best method to help you maintain your ideal weight. The cookies are so convenient that you can take them along with you and they become your fast food that is good for you. THE “CONTINUOUS SNACKER” PERSONALITY

This type of person either snacks all day or tends to snack between meals. The “snacker” keeps their blood sugar level high all day and will gain 10 to 15 pounds a year without realizing what they are doing. This eating pattern can be acceptable when the person only gains 1 or 2 pounds on the weekend, and then loses this weight during the week. However gaining 4 or more pounds over the weekend is unacceptable. These weekend eaters are taught moderation over the weekend and our Smart Cookies teach them to eat smaller meals more frequently during the day and a sensible dinner in the evening.
